Mission 5: Housing

Doctor Jerry Rytloc's Journal Entry #9: Mission 5 - Housing (commence)

LEARN:
People are being scammed?! What's this, I got to do something about it! I understand that the banks are not loaning home buyers the money they need to purchase a house because of the state in which our economy is in. The housing market has plummet and prices of houses are dropping by the thousands! Everyone thought that the housing market will keep going up so buying a home is an investment but now that everything has crashed it is all just a big mess.

ACT:
I will inform people or first time home buyers on how to manage their assets and money BEFORE diving into buying a home. We got to educate first time home buyers and walk them through step by step so they don't get a loan scam or end up buying a house they can't afford and later abandoning it! Free information should be made available for people who are looking to buying a home. I understand that it is harder to get a loan if your credit score isn't so good but we'll just have to find a way to work with that. Banks are reluctant to hand out loans at this time but it's not entirely impossible to get a loan!

IMAGINE:
If I Healzor have all the resources in the world I would make sure that the process of buying a home will be less stressful. The loan process can take a long time and not even that, looking for a house that suits you takes a while as well. I'll make sure the buyer is dedicated to making the payments and keeping up with the home and property taxes. People need to just understand that loans are serious business and if they want to keep their house they have to understand and make sure that they can afford it with their income and continue making payments over the years so it doesn't go into foreclosure.

Doctor Jerry Rytloc's Journal Entry #8: Mission 5 - Housing (Preview)

First time home buyers are being scam! The housing market is a mess! Banks! Loans! I must let the people know and find ways to better manage themselves and their money before diving into such a rewarding yet perilous process!

This is just an onioned skin of a moving walk... However the project is a static walk with panning background. It's still interesting to experiment though!

Mission 3 - Crime (swf file)

http://www.pigeonfeet.com/project4.swf

NOTE: In order to stop my newest SWF file from lagging I decided to link this one instead.

Interactive Bone Tool: ENABLED!
Watch until the very end, you will see the police officer holding some paper from the Reaper Gang folder. You can move his right hand in any way you want! It looks like he's really taking the files out and showing it to you!

Need the HTML for your .swf to show up? Follow this link: http://www.pigeonfeet.com/swf.txt
Copy the whole thing and paste it in your post. Just paste your .swf URL into the designated parentheses. You can change the background color, width, and height of it by modifying those HTML code specifically. Hope this helps.

Mission 3 - Crime

Doctor Jerry Rytloc's Journal Entry #7: Mission 3 - Crime (commence)

LEARN:
Police as well as firefighters are funded by tax payers, just like teachers. So these jobs are affected by how well the county or state is doing budget wise. So it's just not teachers and education that are being affected. Law enforcement officers as well as crime is also being affected by the recession. The more people we have to fight crime the higher the chances of crime being stopped. There are ideas such as increasing neighborhood watch areas and using surveillance cameras in different areas of town to prevent crime from happening or to capture the culprit. With more people being laid off in the police department, we should find different ways to help prevent crime.

ACT:
I suggests that we create a highly collaborative database with information on gang members and people who had and or will violate the law. If everyone contributes we will be able to keep a tag on gang members and help prevent crime before it happens. The thing with reported crime is that it already happened or it has to happen before the authority know of it. So I will obtain as much information as possible and contribute information I collected to a database where people can use the information to better prepare themselves against wrong doers. Information is vital when it comes to crime, without any information there's no lead and with no lead the case usually die. So I suggest that everyone who knows the activity of gang members or has been assaulted by a particular law breaker let the authority know the facts. If everyone contributes and compile a database like, preventing crime will be more affective.

IMAGINE:
If I, Healzor can obtain as much resource as possible I would fund or create a organization to prevent crime. It can be anywhere from neighborhood volunteers to people who would like to make a little bit of money while fighting crime. I can't as everyone to participate and give up there time, that's just not possible because people have bills to pay. If I can somehow fund such organization and make it grow from Modesto and throughout the country I'd imagine crime would be lowered. As well as have information at people's fingertips so that will allow a more collaborative communication between people of different counties.

Note: The final scene with the police officer and the folder is my interactive bone tool. I will upload the .swf file ASAP so you can move his arm around like he's pulling the files out of the folder!

Mission 3 - Crime (Preview)

Doctor Jerry Rytloc's Journal Entry #6: Mission 3 - Crime (Preview)

It's time to get serious! With people getting laid off from their jobs as well as law enforcements we need to be tougher on criminals in Modesto! It's time for me to obtain some information on these villainies. I am going to head to the local police department...
